We are a recruitment agency and recruitment business as defined in the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, specialising in SEND education recruitment across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. This is information we obtain about you from other sources, such as LinkedIn, job board websites, online CV libraries, or personal recommendations. Where this happens, we will inform you, by sending you this privacy notice, within a maximum of 30 days of collecting the data, of the fact we hold personal data about you, the source it originates from, and the purpose for which we intend to retain and process it.
We work closely with third parties including our DBS umbrella body, payroll bureau and recruitment CRM provider. We may receive information about you from them for the purposes of our recruitment services and related support services.
We use information held about you to carry out our obligations arising from any contract we have entered into, or intend to enter into, with you, and to provide you with the information, roles and services that you request from us or that we think will be relevant to your career or your organisation.
The core service we offer to our educators and schools is the introduction of educators to schools for temporary or permanent placement. Our service also extends to supporting individuals throughout their career and supporting schools' staffing needs.
Our legal basis for processing personal data is primarily our legitimate interests, described in more detail below, alongside contractual obligations, legal obligations, and consent for specific uses of data.
As a recruitment business, we introduce educators to schools for permanent employment or temporary placement. The exchange of personal data between educators and schools is a fundamental part of this process.
To support our educators' career aspirations and our schools' staffing needs, we maintain a database of educator and school contact data, including historical information and current requirements.

Where a supplier or system we use processes personal data outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we confirm as part of supplier due diligence, in line with our Sustainable and Ethical Procurement Policy, that appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place before any data is shared.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our website, any transmission is at your own risk.
