The Community Impact Fund

Partner with us, and your school benefits

Working with Educate East means more than filling a vacancy. Every placement you make with us contributes to a community fund that goes straight back into schools across the East of England.

01

Nominate a project

Partner schools can put forward a project that would make a genuine difference, a sensory room, a reading corner, an outdoor classroom, a wellbeing space.

02

We fund it from the pot

A portion of every placement fee goes into the Give Back fund. That fund is what pays for the projects our partner schools nominate.

03

Your staff benefit too

The educators we place in your school benefit too, Termly Impact Rewards for qualified teachers who work regularly with us, and free CPD for every educator.
