SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you looking to make a real difference to children with additional needs? We are working with schools in King's Lynn that need caring, resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in class and in small groups.

The role

• Provide one to one and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Help pupils access the curriculum and build independence
• Support communication, personal care and emotional regulation where needed
• Follow strategies set out in pupils' support plans and EHCPs

About you

• Experience supporting children with SEND, or relevant experience with children or young people
• Patient, positive and dependable
• Training such as Team Teach or Autism awareness is an advantage but not essential
