SEN Teaching Assistant

Educate East are supporting a SEMH school in Great Yarmouth, who are looking for a confident SEN Teaching Assistanst to support pupils with complex social and emotional needs, helping deliver structured routines and encouraging engagement in learning.

You will need to be:

• Steady under pressure, with strong communication skills
• Committed to inclusive, person centered education
• Willing to undertake safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS check

If your background is in social work, youth offending, mentoring or coaching rather than teaching, please still apply. Many of our best SEMH support staff started outside education entirely.
